Characteristic:
1)The mechanic structure of the double lever jib spraying machine is simple, firm and durable. It acts swiftly and singly.
2)This machine can be single acting or fully automatically acting when wire-linked with die-casting machine and ladling machine as well as extracting machine.
3)This machine is installed with more than two atomizers of Zongxuan’s own. The effect of atomization is prominent when it is applied to thin castings. It improves the effect of atomization on both movable and stationary molds.
4)The time for spraying release agent onto stationary mold flank and movable mold flank can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different products.
5)This machine can carry out blowing operation when ascending, that is it can ascend and clean up the surface of the stationary and movable mold synchronously after spraying.
60This machine can regulate the spraying dosage of release agent.
7)The speed of ascending and descending is stable. It can slowdown the descending speed and regulate the speed of buffer, extending the longevity of buffer. The velocity of buffer is adjustable. A falling avoidance device prevents the spraying nozzle from falling when the wind pressure source suspends functioning.
8)The central spraying function can be installed and two different release agents can be used to improve the release effect if required by clients.
9)This machine adopts PLC control loop and can display failure codes, facilitating the maintenance.
